Rolfing ®
Structural Integration
Connective tissue manipulation to release, realign and balance the whole body.
Benefits of Rolfing
- As a complement to regular exercise and a healthy diet, Rolfing is an investment in your long term physical well being.
- Firm but gentle stretching of muscles and related connective tissues releases limiting patterns of posture and movement.
- A series of Rolfing sessions can restore agility and balance to your musculoskeletal system reducing chronic pain, and improving circulation.
- Additional benefits can include the normalization of digestive and sleep patterns, greater energy and stamina, faster recovery from physical exertion, and an increased sense of well being.
- Occasional Rolfing sessions help to maintain structural balance and to unravel deeper layers of soft tissue constriction.
